Stay abreast of current trends and avenues for fostering collaborative and sustainable research partnerships and learn how to effectively use networks to build capacity and influence. This workshop has a particular focus on building research partnerships and integrating the arms of government and academia and industry and small businesses

This workshop revolves around a reflection on the current research, policy and political context in Australia and the way this has informed the structure, targets and achievements of Australian universities, research institutes and centres.

As an independent public policy think tank with an international network of universities, the Eidos Institute is uniquely placed at the cross roads of academia, policy, politics and industry engagement.  This Professional Development workshop aims to share learning’s from the past ten years of the Institute’s operation and engage participants into developing collaborative strategies around developing collaborative Strategies with joint targets based on network and institutional interests.

Staged in partnership with RMIT University and with acontributing guest from the DIISRTE this day long workshop will be led by Eidos Institute CEO Bruce Muirhead.
